Paige’S Place

My aunt and I planned a quick visit together last week as I was traveling for work and was going to be near her place in CT. We chose Otis and Paige's Place from some quick map and logistics review. We couldn't have been more pleased with the choice. From the moment we sat down together and started talking, the team there made it clear they recognized our visit for what it was, two people who gab a lot and getting a chance to catch up! We never were rushed, and they even made it a point to let us know we were welcome to stay as long as we wanted, at least until they locked up! We spent about 2 hours there and everyone who helped us was gracious, kind, thoughtful. From ordering, to placing a candle on our table for ambiance, it was a treat. Of course I'd be remiss not mention the food, which was phenomenal. Thanks to everyone who made our quick reunion lunch so special, we now have a go-to meeting place for future trips!

First visit to Paige’s Place- great vibes. We both had good food made with high quality ingredients! We came in early and were some of the first customers of the day. We had a cool and attentive server. Chef and co-owner came by and checked in on us. Happy to report a great experience- will DEF be going back. The apple pie French toast with a slice of cheddar cheese (daily special) was NOT a let down!

Fantastic breakfast. Came here for the ramp pesto on their specials menu and was not disappointed. The ambiance was 10/10 - exactly what we always hope to find on a weekend getaway - and the owners were so kind to us and our two young kiddos. Plenty of games to keep both kids and adults entertained, and the delicious self service coffee is always a win. Will def be back next time we’re in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paige's Place in Otis, and let me tell you, it was an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The homemade breakfast? Simply divine! It was the perfect treat to kick off the day, bursting with flavor and made with love. The cozy and chill ambiance set a relaxing tone, making it an ideal spot to unwind. What really stood out was how family-friendly the place felt. My kids had a blast with the games they had available, and I was grateful for the changing table in the bathroom – a true lifesaver for parents! I’m so glad I discovered this hidden treasure tucked away in the peaceful hill towns of western Massachusetts. If you're looking for a delightful getaway, I can’t recommend Paige’s Place enough. It’s the perfect blend of tranquility and enjoyment!

We aren't in Otis often enough to enjoy Paige's as much as we'd like to! The food is always fantastic! Literally everything we've ordered has been extremely delicious! You really need to try: Ronan's Toad in the Hole, the Pancakes (definitely get 3), the breakfast bowl and burrito! Special Toast, it is indeed special, try it. The sausage is also a must have!

On oasis in Otis. This little restaurant had a little wait for our party of 6, but the food was worth it. The BLT sub was a highlight, simply outstanding. Got a couple eggs over easy, cooked perfectly. Kids loved the sausage gravy biscuit. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the old timey tabletop games. Offered to let me try their "slightly sweetened" tea, which was not for me as I'm an unsweet through and through, but still no complaints. Service was top notch.

Great quality cooking and ingredients! Fair prices. I'll say though, the whole operation would benefit from some more structure. But I'd still recommend the place! I was served yogurt with fresh, delicious fruit, pancakes tasting better than what I make at home, and coffee with rich flavor! The process of getting to that point wasn't very straightforward, though! You order at the front desk before sitting down, which leads to a crowd of groups standing around, deciding what to order. Naturally, there aren't enough menus to give out! After ordering, my group was split up, because the cashier had to leave to help with something. To order food, my friend had to stand around for 5 minutes after I myself left to sit down at a table, and this brought him close to walking out! It also was not communicated well how to order, because it's mainly just on a sign. Now, I actually do like this hybrid self service style of diner, but I shouldn't have to ask a staff member about something like how to get water. It just needs to be explained better, and they may just need 1 more staff member to make sure it all runs smoothly without angering customers. I do like the decor, and it was fun to look around the establishment. Of course though, I noticed another sign giving directions on how to change the music playing, making me wonder if anyone is able to change the music to whatever record they want? Not made clear! All in all, I think the kitchen staff is doing a great job, but there's something very ADHD-like about how the place is organized. I give this place a 5 star because it's the food that matters most to me, even if it took some time and confusion to get there. (Side note - acoustic absorbing material would be a good idea to reduce conversation bleed and make the music sound better)

Food so good, you would never have known what was on my plate! In all seriousness, the toad in the hole was incredible. Arguably the best sourdough i've ever had in my life. It can get very busy, considering it's the only place of its kind in a large radius. Keep that in mind.
